Qbittorrent: 7 seeders (3-4 realistic) 3 peers, have intermittent bursts of several KiB of information, then none, and repeat.
There are often 2 seeders and about 40 peers at most. Sometimes i connect to one of the seeders, only to disconnect after 1 or 2 seconds. I've downloaded the 95.4% from peers only. Not a single kb...
