But he did get due process.
He was TWICE ordered to be deported due to being in the country illegally AND determined to be a MS-13 member.
The government is deporting all known MS-13 members, most (all?) of whom are in the country illegally.
That is the “due process”. He was determined to be a MS-13 gang member. He was determined to be - and admitted to being - in the country illegally. Both are reasons for deportation.
They can’t just arbitrarily label someone a terrorist, that’s not how it works lol. Every single person that was deported to El Salvador was determined to be an MS-13 member or affiliate, and the US government was working with El Salvador’s government on identifying them. That was the due process. They were all in the country illegally to begin with, so there’s no more due process to follow in regards to that.
I’m sorry but pulling the slippery slope fallacy card is almost always a sign that you’ve lost the debate. Illegal immigrant gang members being deported isn’t a precursor to law abiding citizens being deported.
- A Federal judge and the Supreme Court have both determined that he did NOT receive Due Process, so I'll take their word for it over a lying MAGA Nazi Traitor like you, unless you can provide some context as to why your legal opinion is more valid than SCOTUS' 7-2 decision. Certainly you must be a professor of Constituional law at Yale or Harvard, for your entirely unsourced opinion to over-ride theirs.
  Here is the real story.. The allegations of being an MS-13 member are entirely from the word of an unnamed "confidential source." He has no criminal record, and the allegations of criminal activity are stupid. For instance, he has been accused of "human trafficking," which sounds ominous, until you find out that in reality he was pulled over while driving a van full of construction workers to a job site. In addition, one of the cops that made the allegations against him was fired for misconduct.
  If he is an MS-13 gang member, then prove it in court, with evidence. Otherwise they, and you, should STFU.
  SCOTUS' opinion is that he should be returned. End of story.

  No, you are making that up. Not only is he NOT am MS-13, the reason he came here was to escape from MS-13.
  According to the George Washington Law Review:
  From the time Mr. Abrego Garcia was twelve years old, local gang members tracked and monitored him and various members of his family, alternately threatening to kill, kidnap, or sexually assault the teen and his siblings. Mr. Abrego Garcia fled to the United States from El Salvador in 2011, the same year he turned 16 years old. Following his immigration court trial, an immigration judge determined that his “life or freedom would be threatened” in El Salvador and granted him a form of relief known as “withholding of removal.” Withholding of removal is a form of relief from deportation that has existed under U.S. law since 1980 and recognizes this country’s legal obligation to not deport people to countries where they are “more likely than not” to face persecution. The government can only strip noncitizens of withholding of removal by beginning new proceedings before an immigration judge and proving that very specific grounds for termination of relief exist.

  The courts decided that he can NOT be deported to El Salvador, and the HitlerPig administration has even admitted that sending him was an "administrative error."
  Bottom line: You are wrong, he did not receive proper due process prior to his deportation, where the government would have been ordered to comply with the previous order prohibiting his deportation to ElSalvador, according to a rare UNANIMOUS decision by the US SUPREME COURT, who is the final say on the matter.
  Even Alito and Thomas, who are normally extremely reliable MAGA allies, voted against the administration, which is extraordinary.
  In her statement on behalf of the ENTIRE court, Justice Sotomayor wrote:
  To this day, the Government has cited no basis in law for Abrego Garcia’s warrantless arrest, his removal to El Salvador, or his confinement in a Salvadoran prison. Nor could it. The Government remains bound by an Immigration Judge’s 2019 order expressly prohibiting Abrego Garcia’s removal to El Salvador because he faced a “clear probability of future persecution” there and “demonstrated that El Salvador’s] authorities were and would be unable or unwilling to protect him.”
  Further, she warned:
  The Government’s argument, moreover, implies that it could deport and incarcerate any person, including U. S. citizens, without legal consequence, so long as it does so before a court can intervene.
  Finally, she wraps up, saying:
  I agree with the Court’s order that the proper remedy is to provide Abrego Garcia with all the process to which he would have been entitled had he not been unlawfully removed to El Salvador. That means the Government must comply with its obligation to provide Abrego Garcia with “due process of law,” including notice and an opportunity to be heard, in any future proceedings.

  The ruling saying that he can’t be deported to El Salvador was not because of MS-13, it was because of MS-13s rival gang.
  He entered the country illegally. There’s no proof of all of this “local gang members tracked and monitored him which is why he illegally entered the USA”, especially not of it being MS-13 threatening him. In fact all the sources trying to make him out to be the good guy even say that it was the rival gang - not MS-13 - that was threatening him.
  Again - the court said he is MS-13 and said the reason he can’t be deported back home is due to MS-13’s rival gang. Rival meaning NOT MS-13.
  The “administrative error” has been clarified by the administration as simply a wrong line on the paperwork, not that he wasn’t supposed to be deported. He was, and they’ve reportedly fixed the paperwork.
  The illegal alien act that the government invoked was the process for deporting him. That gave them the power to deport members of MS-13, and since the courts had already ruled TWICE that he was in fact an MS-13 member, he was deported.
  The only real issue is that he was deported to El Salvador when there was a previous ruling saying he can’t be deported there. What makes it a tricky issue is that that is his country, his birthplace, and the only place he is a citizen of. They can’t just deport him to some other random country, but that doesn’t mean he should just get to live in the USA illegally forever. His lawyers can take the government to court to fight his deportation under the illegal alien act if they want. I’m sure all the lefties will be lining up to toss money at a gofundme for him, just as they are for the suspected murderer Karmelo Anthony.
  The El Salvador government requested him as he is a citizen there and he is a known gang member/affiliate. Their government is refusing to deport their own citizen back to the USA because
  a) he is not a US citizen, he has no legal grounds to be there
  b) he is a MS-13 gang member
  c) the US courts have no power over them

  SCOTUS also ruled that the judge that ruled that the government must bring Garcia back overstepped their bounds and does not have the ability to tell the president what to do. You agree with that too then, right?
