...so lots of second hand performance bikes to be on the market soon?
Seems a bit of a waste.
I understand the minimum bar width (even though it sounds like the implementation is botched). But why enforce bits at the back be narrower?
- I think it's more to do with standardising the frames, right? Avoids weird funky stuff like the lotus bikes providing an "unsporting" advantage - much like with O'Bree's bikes?
