Entschuldigung for the English, but you located a training site for the swedish military. Or allegedly a training site.
I know, that's part of the post's title. They seem to have a weather radar, found their radar info a few minutes ago:

They operated close to their Max Range, 230km on the weather radar.
The relevant weather stations which could have picked up their signal (since they were close to the military weather station radar) also all were on 5.605/5.625 (or 5.64) Ghz. I don't know how the military managed to interfere the weather radar, but I guess stuff like that just happens sometimes.
Yeah since it's a training camp it's probably why. Sorry if I missed that in the title
Missing a title is as common as interfering with a weather radar.
