Question regarding seeding with slow upload

Due to my location i get about a 450 or so kbps upload uncapped whilst seeding and due to having a large ammount of torrents available for seeding that upload speed gets split between them, resulting in this.
I'd like to seed as i believe in giving back, although it'd be an incredibly slow download for whoever im seeding for, assuming im the only one seeding it.
The reason I'm unsure is because it's better to upload slowly than not at all, but it's sorta at a point where im questioning how worth it it is to upload a 40+gb file at under 10kbps when im the only seeder.
Would it be worth potentially just seeding a few items so they have a quicker upload, opposed to everything being seeded at once. Or if you have any other ways that you think could be worth setting it up i'm open for anything and it'd be appreciated.
