Built a PC for media/tv/torrent use.

Quickly came to a conclusion that uTorrent pro (not a honest Pro version, but Pro) starts to behave badly when it comes to:

1. Windows Sleep. 9 times out of 10 I end up restarting the client to see DL/UL speeds go from 0kb to max.
2. 50+ torrents and loading speed. Having a 9900k on a gaming board (reused gaming PC) I see 20-30 seconds of uTorrent loading.
3. Stability. I have some power outages and other similar scenarios. One time I already had to go through 5 month of .torrent files to restore all my torrents. Today I was cleaning the cables and unplugged the PC. Now the client is throwing Http 400 for some good reason. And the configs are dead again.

What would be your recommendations? OS is Windows. Need something stable, polished, ad-free.
