That's one more lavatory than on most ships seen on Star Trek TV shows, to be fair.
At least Jankom Pog confirmed the use of one in s2e7 The Fast and the Curious.
"Um, the sonic toilet is out of order."
Look, I accept a sonic shower.
But I don't think anyone thought the way to improve the toilet was to make it more "sonic."
I quite enjoyed that. I love how that show (unlike Discovery) actually answered questions people wanted to know. Like what a Klingon scientist would be like.
