I don’t think the candidate would split the conservative ticket. The goal of their donors is to undermine Biden and siphon off enough votes to allow Trump to win states with only a plurality.

With Trump likely to be disqualified in 20 states this will ensure a split ticket and an easy victory for Biden.

Are any of those 20 states ones he had any hope of winning? It doesn't really matter if 20 blue states drop him from the ballot because the election was never going to be decided there in the first place.

Burying the lede here. No Labels is trying to stop two No Labels candidates from running for office so they don't have to comply with campaign finance laws requiring the disclosure of donors.
Bunch of suspiciously well-funded "centrists" trying to siphon votes from more progressive candidates.
