I have a truenas scale server running for the storage but I just can't get it to work with qbit through a vpn so I think it will just be easier to run it all on a mini pc with windows (windows vm doesn't work on the server for some reason)

and the budget would be preferably less than £50, it doesn't need too much power, just more than the one I have currently which has a Celeron G1840T lol
