But I'm uploading at 15.5 KB/s

I think it's been stuck around this for awhile. I had some annoying power outages that had me restarting the server (I know I need a UPS).

Can anyone explain if it's possible for me to complete this torrent and be able to seed it for others. Or am I wasting my time?

The torrent is fairly new but rather large at 23.6 gb. Thanks!
