Cleanup - How to track files that are no longer seeded?

The original post: /r/torrents by /u/QuantumFreezer on 2024-12-09 16:30:54.

I have some instances of transmission and of qbit.

I recently realized deleting files in qbit doesn't delete them on the drive (maybe permission issue - irrelevant for now).

Files are spread across a number of folders and used by arr suite so there are hardlinks that are used by plex.

Any way I can track all the files that are no longer seeded and/or used by plex (I think some upgraded quality videos are also existing on the hard disk).

I'm running out of space and could do with a clean up but no idea how to approach it.

Not sure if it's the best sub to ask but I imagine many here have a similar setup
