Ive noticed that somewhat recently I grabbed a few eisodes of an old tv series and after the download finished, There is some significant crackle to the audio, or grainy sounds. it seems to come and go but the crackle is worse in some than others. Im not sure whats going on so I tried a different show and its the same. Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: For clarification, its the audio of the downloaded material, not general audio while downloading.
