This past week has seen my torrents slow to a crawl, how do I fix this? I downgraded to a previous build but nothing

Previously they were measured in mb/s now it's b/s. I downgraded to qbittorrent 4.6.7 and still slow. What settings should I change? I'm using Nordvpn
