Amsterdam to use "noise cameras" against too loud cars

We call those "microphones" where I'm from :-P

This sounds like a good idea. I wish we had something like that where I live. I shouldn't be able to be woken up in the middle of the night by a vehicle half a mile away. There's no good reason for a vehicle to make that level of noise.
