While downloading a torrent, I noticed that my upload speed was significantly higher than my download speed, even though the file wasn't fully downloaded yet. Does seeding more data while still downloading improve my download speed? It seems logical that prioritizing users who upload a lot could help distribute the torrent more efficiently. Is this how it works?
