A while back I tormented for the first time to play Monster Hunter Fronteir, and it worked and was fine, I moved the file to a place and it was fine

But recently it keeps re-downloading the file again on my desktop and if I delete/move it it just immediately starts downloading it again, despite the fact I still have the original functional install in my folders. And when I open bit-torrent the frontier file isn't even on the dowload/seeing page thing, and I also can't interact with that page, it's unresponsive, I can't click anywhere to do anything.

And I feel like this is draining my internet bandwidth in the background
