Backup strategy for hard-linked torrents with modified filenames.

I've recent started using some private trackers. My collection of seeded torrents is growing nicely and I've started to see daily seeding that is enough to support my needs for downloading and maintaining a good ratio. My collection is currently hosted on a always on PC and backed up to a ZFS NAS over SMB. I won't be off site backing up this beyond cold storage to my last collection of hard disks taken to a family members periodically. Critical data is also backed up daily to a cloud provider. I'm backing up qBittorrent and the torrent files daily.
I use various 'arr programs to facilitate my fully automated luxury piracy and they are renaming the files once they get hardlinked to my media libraries. So currently if I had a disk failure on my seeding PC it could be a massive amount of hassle to get back to seeding. If I backed up the torrent directory instead of the media directories then it would be hassle to re-import all the files.
Are there any guides for a backup strategy that will get both my seeding and my media libraries online quickly when disaster strikes and I loose a disk?
