I have been reading the wikis and posts and comments and I am still not sure how I should get started.

All I want is some basic kids movies and maybe some audiobooks.

1 - can I use a cheap laptop/chromebook? 2 - I have google fiber internet does that impact the vpn I should choose? 3 - I can’t possibly need a seedbox, right? 4 - torrents or direct downloads for this type of content?
