And also why? Some recommendations? Some app that you think that is not as famous as it should be? Etc etc

CloudSteam - Steaming shows and movies.
Element - Federated instant chat app with voice and video support. End-to-end encryption EVERYWHERE.
FindMyDevice - finds my device lol
Hypatia - Malware scanner (with realtime scan support).
Librera PRO - Book and PDF reader.
link eye - let you copy the link you shared with link eye.
Mull - Firefox based browser.
Nekogram X - Telegram fork
Newpipe x sponserblock - plays youtube videos (on backgroud too) with sponsorblock support.
Organic Maps - OSM based map app.
ProtonVPN - VPN that respect your privacy and saves no logs.
RustDesk - TeamViewer Alternative.
Tutanota - Email service that lets you send E2EE emails.
Aegis Authenticator, IMO the best TOTP app out there.
mpv-android to play almost any kind of multimedia files.
Organic Maps for an OpenStreetMaps-based navigation, and doesn't require an Internet connection to operate.
StreetComplete to fill missing OpenStreetMaps info you encounter, in an almost fun manner.
Syncthing-Fork for a Syncthing client with some good mobile-specific tweaks.
Termux to emulate and run a bunch of console-based softwares (like youtube-dl, etc).
AirGuard to detect if you're being tracked by an Apple AirTag without your knowledge.
- Yes, Aegis is the best TOTP app. I recently switched from Authy to Aegis and it is pretty good.

DroidShows: because I sometimes forget where I left off when watching a show
OsmAnd~: it's so-so for road navigation, but absolutely fantastic for hiking

- Haven't tried it yet myself, but I've heard that Organic Maps is much smoother and faster alternative to OsmAnd~.
- I would love to use Lemmur, but I've been unable to add the lemmy.ca instance to it. It just says "Instance not found"
  
  You're better off switching to Jerboa, that's what I did. Lemmur is no longer in development.
- Fair Mail works way better for me than K9
  
  I find FairMail better suited for my needs, too, but both are great e-mail clients with extensible customizability. It is up to your preferences, I suppose.

- I got the qrcode app since I needed one, cool one. And I also use K9-Mail really good client imho
Just recently found Barista. Its an alternative instagram client that lets you browse privately and does not expose you to their stupid algorithm. Also Infinity to go on Reddit.
