Why is Trump not able to end wars (as he promised he said he would)

a) He is no closer to ending the Russia-Ukraine war.

b) He is no close to ending the Israel-Gaza war.

c) He is bombing Yemen now.

Because he doesn't care to?
He doesn't care about the Ukraine war except as a means to bully Zelensky for his pal Putin. He doesn't want the war to end because Putin doesn't either.
He definitely doesn't care about ending the Gaza war, and in fact has encouraged Bibi to 'finish it'.
I don't even know why specifically this time, but the US was never going to let another anti-American rebel group into power in the Middle East, cause that shit worked out real bad for the US gov't in Iran.
So, he's not ending wars because he doesn't want to? Wait, you're not are you surprised that the lying man known primarily for the absolute fire hose of lies that excretes from his face-hole lied, are you?
He said lots of stuff to get elected.
The point was winning, not delivering.
Because people don't understand that the president doesn't control the military industrial complex that is america. There are stupid people on both sides.
