Why do they skip Seele and Jing Yuan?

Idk about Seele but I think Jing Yuan got buffed by Sunday.
Seele never got a real buff. Bosses with adds and combined life bar are even kind of devastating because her ability activates when she kills a mob. Not possible on combined life bar
I saw some videos on YouTube of people clearing current MoC 12 with Seele but I'm sure it's some insane investment or/and editions.
