No idea to be honest. If it is, I'd say it's on higher quality side of AI content compared to a lot of what I've seen. Could be midjourney/niji.
I mean, apart from the missing credits it just sounds so ... generic? Or weirdly static, even though the music clearly goes through stages and states. So, yeah, I agree, clearly on the more advanced side of the procedurally generated musical products
