no fuzzy matching?

I would like to use device names such as "NBR-NW1 (John's AC)" which is shorthand for "North Bedroom North Wall1 (John's AC)". However, it appears as though when I ask the assistant to "turn on John's AC", it does not match it to anything.

  • If you go into the entity settings, you should be able to set an alias.

    • Oh, that worked perfect. Thank you.

      Edit: One thing assist does not do, which I feel like it should, is it should give you some sort of information if you ask it for "help".
