I need to find a NSFW game

Hi everyone, I’m trying to remember the name of a visual novel (NSFW) game I played years ago. It was available for PC and Android (on Android, it came in multiple parts, while PC had the full version). The visual style was semi-3D anime, not hyper-realistic.

Here are the details I remember:

• The protagonist (MC) dies and goes to hell, where a demon offers him a chance to be reincarnated into the body of a young man with sexual demon powers.
• The MC wakes up in a hospital, and the doctor (with a Japanese-sounding last name like "Takamura or something like that idk") is kind to him. There's also a blonde assistant in a pink suit. Later, the doctor and MC have a sexual encounter.
• After that, the MC moves into a family apartment/house. You can freely explore different rooms like:
  • His own room
  • His muscular sister’s room (she’s part of a biker gang)
  • His little brother who loves to cook
  • A trans/futanari character
  • Living room TV, which displays levels of Patreon supporters or collaborators
• The main menu screen shows the entire family in a pool with background music.
• The MC’s mother hires a tutor to help him catch up with his studies, and after some time, he also ends up having a relationship with her.
• The game had a schedule/agenda system, where you could check which character is available at what time and where, to improve your relationship level with them. Once maxed, you'd unlock more scenes and repeat interactions to go further.
• The game had both fantasy and modern city elements. I also remember spiritual themes — something about demons being punished by God and not being able to have sex, and the MC was sent to change that.

It’s NOT Corrupted Kingdoms or Champion of Realms — I’ve played those already.
