Any Google Forms/Spreadsheets Alternatives?

Not referring to Google Docs, for that there's cryptee which is pretty great but they don't have either of those two (Forms and/or Spreadsheets)

Cryptpad cam be self hosted. or there's an instance here

https://www.zoho.com/sheet/ is a closer replacement to GSheets IMO than Cryptpad, if the extra privacy Cryptpad offers is not a priority.
- Thank you, it looks great alternative to convince others at work using Google Spreadsheets to try making the switch, not so much for personal use if the person cares a lot about privacy since it requires a verified phone number
  
  I dont believe it requires any phone number, did it ask you for one? I set up a free account with just an email address and have been able to make sheets without a problem.
If you hate having money, salesforce has formstack that is actually pretty good, and does the same things in more complex ways.
