So...he was allowed to bring thousands of dollars with him into the prison? I couldn't read the article, due to the paywall...so I'm a bit confused.
The guy agreed to be deported from Texas to Venezuela. Meaning he packed what money and shit he likely could carry and got on the plane, and they kidnapped them and flew to El Salvador instead of flying him where they were supposed to.
