there are many better ways to consume alcohol than this, but I will never know the true answer. Yes

, I do drink occasionally, but I do it in the most responsible manner. In fact, I only ever drink once a week.

But why is it that when I drink, it is not the alcohol that is the problem but rather the anxiety and depression that it is? Is it possible that drinking is the only way that the body can process all of this anxiety?

I am not a doctor, but I feel that if I only drank once a week, I would be in much better shape than I am now. I have not felt as well in months, and I would be able to enjoy life as much as I do now. But what I am trying to tell you is that if you only drink once a week and it is for the purpose of making you feel better, I say you should stop drinking.

I can drink alcohol in moderation for a while, but I can never know the true answer. Yes, I do drink occasionally, but I only drink once a week. In fact, I only ever drink once a week.

I do not have to do this anymore. My alcoholism is entirely my fault and I am no longer drinking to feel better.
