I don’t think head shops marketing “galaxy gas” to kids is ok, but as far as substances go, whippits are quite benign. What’s the hysteria about?

Whippits are fked they will absolutely ruin a person. Imo the real "gateway" drugs are whippits and xanax and sometimes alchohol. but the recent marketing is probably why people are worried. Whippets have always been imo a party drug that you dont see very often. Now suddenly with tiktok you can watch 1000s of videos of kids getting 2L TANKS of N02 and passing out, sometimes IN SCHOOL.

We know now the real reason was as a way to discredit the hippies protesting the Vietnam war. We no longer need to do that, so let's let the gateway drug myth die off
