Sounds like an incredibly toxic, self-centered, and downright misogynist attitude to be toward women. I get that there's a sexual element to all of that but when you really need someone to tell you you can't have a relationship with them sexually it's not enough, if someone wants to be intimate they'll either need to explore that with someone else or by themselves.
