There was always the rule you don't pull it out to wave around. If you pull your gun you should be ready to shoot someone.
My point is we aren't going to nuke Russia. That's insane. Even if we went to war we aren't going to start blasting nukes. So why send nukes there as your intimidation. Send a aircraft carrier fleet or something we might actually use.
