AWS deleted my 10-year account and all data without warning

That was brutal.

If I were them I'd relicense my projects along the lines of the Anyone but Richard Stallman license. Especially if you know they already use your project. Send a letter saying they're restricted to only the early GPL versions and not to use any further updates.

The cloud has always been just some other guys computer.
