While it's not going to be much solace, I'm fairly sure Dessau-Roßlau is the demographically oldest district in all of Germany. So if the youths there are being undesirables, at least there's not going to be a lot of them.
Yeah... that sounded better in my head.
It's a feedback loop, too. Part of the reason that many places in eastern Germany are so old is that the youth is leaving for places that aren't completely overun with people who are voting for rightwing parties. Old people might not beat you to death like young fascists, but most of them aren't voting for any parties that are seriously trying to stop the fascists, either.
