CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A local man has been found guilty of practicing medicine with only a training license for luring men to his apartment to perform ultrasounds on their genitals.

Rudel Saunders was convicted Tuesday after a bench trial.

According to complaints, Saunders told the men he needed to complete a certain number of ultrasounds for a training program.
