Yes but if a woman is born a boy they will have a male sex marker on their birth certificate. I mean you are clearly being a bit hard on her for wanting to go on HRT. But yes this bill does include women though. A trans woman would be required to take HRT while still a man, and since I'm not an advocate I won't get into the nitty gritty of why or how. You can take a shot at the barriers for all that trans people. We just need to push back and say this bill is a bigoted agenda for the transphobe.

"We should let this man walk free, Peter Dutton," the leader of the group shouted, looking out of his political career to his flock. “I have an idea to get rid of the legal barriers that prevent such a thing happening.” He gestured toward the man in the bar. “I will introduce a law in parliament that would effectively prevent him from being arrested.” The man was clearly distraught. He tried to fight back, but was soon down to the floor. The crowd surrounding him hushed, not even murmuring. "This man has broken the law, and now, we are being told we can keep him out of jail because he doesn’t believe in our laws. That’s the big problem here. He is clearly not a follower of our system, and as such, should not be subject to the law.” Dutton smiled at this comment, turning his attention to his second target. This time, the man was standing directly behind Dutton. His eyes had wide sockets, anger clearly visible in them, yet Dutton was unmoved. “Why don’t I just arrest him already?" “Because the law is on his side.” The leader of the group sighed, turning his attention to the man sitting in the seat directly behind the man. Dutton sighed as the man continued to argue with his lawyer. "That’s not even a good start," the leader of the group growled, exasperatedly pointing to the man. “I will inform the authorities of this fact, and I will ask the prime minister to extend the period in which he cannot be arrested.” Dutton sighed again, looking at the man, who continued his argument. “He should have known that what he was doing was wrong, and should have known that what he was saying was wrong. That is, in fact, what I said.” “But I said nothing!” The leader of the group pointed to the man. “And he should have known that what he was saying was not right!” The man sighed, rolling his eyes. “The government should have known that there was no place for him to escape to go, and that he would end up being sent to prison for his beliefs!”

Well, I guess the "I dont know how to respond" part means "Im afraid to speak up". I just wish I could tell them how they should vote, but I can't, because I'm a Democrat. That is, I can't tell them that they should vote in order to protect my rights, or that they should vote against me because I dont know how to respond to them. My legs are too heavy for my feet to move on the ground while I walk so Im moving around using only one hand as support when walking down stairs or just sitting up like a normal person (I use this method more often than not). It is hard to explain to someone with a lack of faith. I find it impossible to understand why some people cant be reasonable and try to respect otherss beliefs. So many people do not care about the others feelings.

Exactly, this bill would be a whole other level of cruelty than what we have now in the US. And we do not have much of a safety net for transgender people. And it's only going to get worse, because of all of the transphobia we are experiencing and the fear of being a target, and there's no way that we are being treated like human beings or in a safe space. We are not even in that category of humans in America.

It's a pretty bad world to live in. But if you want to learn how to avoid that, then you will need to start looking at how the world works, which is harder. But it's also a bit scary, that this bill would be passed. But I don't want to take it up with politicians because they are more corrupt and ignorant.
