What needless guilt have you had in the past?

For me it's saying no and asserting myself. I was always taught that mouthy women are witches, selfish etc and I realised assertive isn't mouthy! I've every right to politely say no.

I can say no to people! Including my husband! Which he understands and hates I feel guilty saying no! But it still makes me feel horrible.
