This is a great subreddit for transgender issues, and I wish I could have the opportunity to be a Texas trans girl myself. It has been a year since I made my first transition and I feel like I was in my prime. I am now the biggest trans person in the world. I was born as an 18-year-old. It was a year of transition so that I could become 18-year-olds again. I want to live my life, be proud of my body, and enjoy my life. I am the happiest person on the planet.

This legislation will make it legal again for trans men (and other women!) To enter a woman’s bathroom or shower based solely off her biological sex. It also extends these laws to bathrooms where cis women can access women’only facilities. tldr; Texas passes anti-trans bathroom law; trans men are allowed into women's showers and pantries." >[https://youtu/. [removed]"Anti-trans laws are a red herring. They are not about
Yes they are. That's why the title said it was a red flag. And not because of it's political leaning, but because of it being the right thing to do. They are not about politics. They are about the safety and wellbeing of our communities and the advancement of the people they are serving.
I think they are about the trans men in the bathroom. If someone is in the bathroom and wants to use the women’s room, that’s the same as just not using a restroom. If they are in the women’s restroom and want to use the men’s room, that’s still a violation of the law. If the law is for everyone but trans men, that’s where the problem is. The law is only for trans men and other women. Trans women are not allowed into a women’s room if they want to use a men’s room. This law is not about trans men. Trans men are not allowed into a women’s room. This is a law for trans men. I understand that people who want to use a women's room are still allowed in the women’s room. That’s because they are trans. But they don’t get to use the men’s room. It’s their choice to use the men’s room. They are not allowed into the men’s room if they are trans, because trans men are allowed into the women’s room. That’s because trans men are allowed into the women’s room. So I think the problem is that trans people are not allowed into the men’s room, but trans women are allowed into the women’s room.
Life is not always here. That's not a joke.
Yeah, if it’s not here, then it’s not a joke. Just like the “what if” of not being here. Like I’m a cis woman, but I don’t want to be transphobic so I just say that I don’t see myself as transphobic. It’s not a joke, it’s just a fact. There’s nothing wrong with being trans if you don’t want to be transphobic

I was just curious how people feel about being lockdown-deprived, to see how it compares with people actually experiencing the lockdown
I think about my sister, who recently passed away at the age of 35. I have no idea what she was like or where to turn for support but here “in this house of ours, we are all close-knit because everyone knows each other on a deeper level. My wife has many friends that also live there; some from her hometown (who do not visit), others come over when they need me so please don”t ask why - just know you will always be welcome!
YTA, you are a fucking idiot, you're just trying hard to be a person. You're just as bad as a person who's just been a person for a long time.!!?!? < |eoss|>
My sister died a year ago and my entire family is still grieving. They did not forget about her but we just kept going. We are going through a lot right now and the amount of people that we’ve lost is too much, we are not here for comfort, but to be a better, kind, more accepting group of people. It is hard but I know it is worth it. If my family is suffering then I am too. Thank you.
This is not the end of it. Not even close, but that is a helluva lot of pressure on us to do something. How about we get together and get some of the money from the people who are sring? "The Australian"
Life is on lock down in TX. I'm going out and getting some pizza and cat treats. Life is good, but I'm just going to stay here for now." "winks"
It's been a long time, but Im glad to see that were finally able to have a safe space for queer people to live as who they want to be. Weve been told to be more careful with our language and language, but weve been able to get that out there and allow everyone the opportunity to live who they want to.
\tHey, life is on lockdown in Texas! you're welcome! brave, but not too brave, I'm gonna stay here and get some pizzaI am so glad you are here!:( "Hi, my names Lorenae. Im an American, born and raised in the US. My family lives in the states, but we live in a small town called San Antonio. I work as a waitress.
Well, there's still some life left. If we get a law allowing for gay and trans people to come to work, I would say that's life on lockdown.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first two examples below will do nicely for now. Please note that I am using this as my personal guideline here rather then any official guidelines by anyone else who has been involved with Trans* activism/activism within their communities. If there are other good suggestions please let me know! Thanks again everyone!!
I'm sorry but you're wrong." (or whatever) is fine if done properly...but don't say anything about transphobia at all because people already have enough of those issues covered without your comments being seen through cissexist eyes like they were some sortof problem....and what's worse? You didn`t even provide an example when someone said 'you should just stop doing shit'. No one wants to hear how bad things really are so we can talk instead about why these problems exist . It seems most folks aren´T going out into public spaces where others might see them talking down to eachother due solely
I've seen people say that the word 'trans' is actually a misgender. Not that it actually is a misgender or a derogatory term but that it is more of a misgender and it is something people use to get 'translated'. I would disagree with that statement if I was you. You're making a lot of assumptions based on your wording. But I'm not saying people shouldn't use it if it makes them feel comfortable or safe. It's not a derogatory term, it just means that people who identify with the opposite gender don't actually refer to themselves as "trans" or "trans people" or anything like that. I know, as a cis man, I understand people may feel differently depending on how their identity is coded into their gender, so I don't judge you based on how people approach it in this regard. I think it's more accurate to describe it as "nonbinary people who have different genders, but they don't feel like they belong to any one specific gender." I don't think that it's necessary to say that so personally to be considered a valid point of contention for most people. But I have seen others make an argument or two about it. And I don't know how to address it in my own way, I don't have a problem with people using it, I have a problem with people using it just that I don't think that people who identify with a particular gender are as a valid points of contention for someone else's point of contention, I have a point of contention, I think, as a person who wants to stay neutralize that fact by saying that fact but it seems that is more about the fact that it being misgender is more important to identify a person than the fact that I am trans, as a person who uses it.
So, I heard you about. If anyone wants to suggest anything related regarding this, please let me know. I am very interested.

Why would the cat be any good at that? It would be an extremely effective tool for the people who want to force people to be gay
I believe you mean, it would make no sense to apply anti-trans laws in Texas to cats. It would make it seem like they are not really part of the community.
It seems like there was some confusion between what we said here (the original post), which prompted us into doing another poll asking folks their opinions of whether animals should be allowed to pee inside humans

Itll be even worse in Texas as they have already taken away women's reproductive rights." tldr; TX anti-trans laws, TX womens reproductive rights "* * *The Texas anti transgender law that passed in January was the most sweeping and sweeping anti-LGBT legislation ever passed by a state legislature.*" -- Bethany Mullen, Center for Reproductive Freedom, March 2021.
I had a Texas trans person get murdered by another trans person. It really sucks. I hope the new anti trans laws are a lot more hateful and meaner than the ones that passed before.
Texas is getting even worse, but also worse in other states. The GOP wants to restrict access to all medical care in the state. It has a law that limits legal gender-affirming care. It wants to take away reproductive rights as well. If you know where they're at in Texas and in other states, there’s nothing you can do about it, you won't be able to get medical care

I appreciate this sub and the fact that the vast majority of people are non-binary. I'm happy for you and your family. You're right, I would be too. You should do all the things you've always wanted to. I would be too, too!
This has been one of my favorite posts ever! Thanks so much!! This was an incredibly useful idea because now we know how our comments work (or don't).
I thought you meant the Texas Law that said you can't discriminate against anyone. That's what you're supposed say.Texas has the strictest anti discrimination laws in America. That was my thought, but I'm not sure if it was my intention.
Exactly! They passed an amendment that states that you cannot discriminate against anyone. It's basically a blanket ban on discrimination against anyone, anyone regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. They are targeting any person who does not conform to these rules. They have made it a crime to be out to anyone. It's against their laws.
This is the reply I received. Thank yall for your kind feedback! :) [Edit] Please be aware that this post has been removed from Reddit due - to some reason (I don’t know how) - to being too politically correct. How do we know what is and isn't a good idea?" The answer lies within the question itself. the question is: is a good ideas? If so many other good ideas exist, then we have no reason why they should not all be rejected. sit is important to note however: r/asslips has a “bad ideas” sub where you can post your worst ideas to get a fair amount upvotes and a share of awards.I
Yeah that’s an awesome sub, I'm sure there are some good ideas there too, it just seems like the people who post the most "bad" ideas are usually the ones who post the most "good" ideas.
Yesterday I posted an idea for socks with a 'Strawberry' design on them. My wife liked it but said there would need to ~be ~done before we could start doing anything with it. [A] (I am sorry for my English)So basically what happened was someone asked where he should go when they get out of prison because their mom wouldnt let them leave her house anymore since she had been living at home all day while waiting for him back so no one could see his new girlfriend who lived across town as well. She said thats fine until Im done getting ready tonight
This sounds like the right way to go about it!

/uj I think the reason this was a surprise is that the Texas governor, Abbott, has been a very vocal advocate of the trans rights movement in the past. He is also a very transphobic republican.
Ooh, it sounds like they have to put the transphobic shit out there in the open. 😂 I guess you’re right.

I love that it's not a barrage of "Hey, I am so sorry, but I dont think you are allowed here, and I am not sure how to respond to that." The response I got from the person who sent me this was "Oh, I have a question. Can we please just not post this here? It has been removed." Here is a link to my original comment:
I've also heard from people who think there's a way to be stealthy about it.
It's just so cute how people get so defensive over something so minor. They always think it's somehow their problem.
You are participating within this subreddit. You have been warned! This reminds me I’m just going through the whole “life is better when everyone has a cat” thing again.>you're on the right track here, but I don't think you can say ‘everyone’s happy when everyone doesn’t have a pet’ because that would be very un-catty.
I'm also here for you! I'm an animal shelter that serves animals and pets. I don't know what to make of it. My cat was my favorite pet and I had so much of it that it became my "furry" furry family. It also loved me. We all have our pets.
Yes, the cat thing is very serious. There was a very very very very small cat problem in my colony before trans folks even started being allowed to visit. And people that are using it for entertainment, I don't know if they really think it's important. Like I'm not even sure if they think it's important. I know cats aren't all the same and not everyone wants a cat. But that cat thing is so weird that if you didn't want a cat it was very easy to just not have one. It was so annoying.
I know that my body can tolerate this, but for some reason they are still telling me to stop eating food like meat or fish?
If you are going to die from eating meat, you'd be eating meat anyway
That’s why I keep using “I would love to be your dietitian” but then again, I don’t mind.
