  European countries are coated in debt, you yourself I assume are typing your message in an American web browser or using an American Operating system, with an American CPU and GPU or SmartPhone, if America wanted to it could turn off the European economy tomorrow

  You entirely missed the point I was making. Americans made all those great things, the world depends on them, yet the average American has a worse quality of life and standard than even some 3rd world countries. Besides economy and military the USA lags behind on everything else that an average human values in his short lifetime.
  Yes, you have great economy and great tech. Only shame that you can't eat microprocessors nor can money buy happines. Oh, and btw, the only company in the world that builds the most sophisticated machines to build microchips - its the European ASML. If we turn the pipes, the world stops, not just the USA.

  At the moment Europe is addicted to American companies and struggles to fund and scale it's own, which means Europeans pour trillions of dollars into the American economy while their own economies struggle.
The US is infected with late-stage capitalism degeneration. Let us wake that we do not fall for the same pit!
We need to break up large companies!
