PCIe 8.0 Announced by the PCI-SIG Will Double Throughput Again

I feel like the bottleneck is memory coherency and latency now, not bandwidth so much.

EG it would be awesome to have something like CXL standardized everywhere, instead of doubling bandwidth for the same extra cost.
