The previous two suggestions made me think I could help with a couple of them, but after talking to my ex/my son about this last night, both camps said they were fine with the idea that we keep things simple and stick strictly to the book. We agreed that there should only ever BE three basic things you want to say during a convo: yesterday, I asked him about sex. If there was no topic mentioned before then do NOT add any additional information as they will spoil everything else! The only thing i would suggest here though... Is make some sort o' comments like 'this makes sense', etc., which could help clarify things further down while still giving context around each point/comment made by yourself(s)!
