HUNG YEN, August 11 (Reuters) - Vietnamese farmer Nguyen Thi Huong has slept poorly since authorities told her to vacate her farm for a Trump family-backed golf resort, offering just $3,200 and rice provisions in return.
Fuck trump.
Right, yes. Fuck Trump. Absolutely. Fuck him to hell and back.
But let’s not stop there. The rot that allows Trump to keep scoring points? That needs to be burned out too.
Because what does it say when a so-called communist state does this to its own people, displacing farmers, uprooting lives, all so they can slap the Trump brand on a golf resort in the name of “boosting the local economy” and “creating jobs”? That’s not socialism, that’s state-sanctioned exploitation wrapped in red flags for aesthetic.
The problem isn’t just Trump. The problem is a global political and economic order where even governments that claim to be anti-capitalist will sell out their own citizens for a taste of the luxury market.
