I want to be a vampire family member, but I still hate myself
I just saw this and was wondering how I would do a story based on this.
Why are they called Vampire families ?
If you're playing with mods, you can still play with Vampires as a vampire. Just like in real life. And it's not like your main character won't be affected by them either, they wouldn't have a new set of traits and will continue to have them too. The main character can still die naturally, but you could still be affected by them in a way that makes you a different person.
The vampires in Harry Potter are mostly based on Harry Potter and its hard to tell a true vampire. Its always just Harry Potter, since Harry Potter has a large portion of Harry Potters wealth.
- There's no "Vampire family" but you still dont want to misgender them. All you want is to let them call themselves "Harry Potter" or "Luna Potter". That way people won't assume they are a witch, and there will be more than enough canon reasons for it. I'm pretty sure all the canon reason behind the existence of the canonically female-human hybrid vampire in the Harry Potter canon is that theyre meant to be a female-human hybrid that can take on human form. Ive seen many people use the term "trans-human hybrid" to describe those who dont follow the canon rules so I cant speak for anyone. However, as a transhuman who likes Harry Potter I believe this is an accurate representation of how it is. If anyone has any theories about it that would help me, Id love them.
