I love how people refer to hamas as if it isnt literally the civil government in gaza
This is like someone saying some guy was a leader of the cia because they did a presentation at a public school, the government run school system.
Even if he had been a literal sergeant in the Palestinian army, if he isnt currently fighting the war, hes not a valid fucking target. Holy shit.
90+ percent of Israeli October 7 casualties were (ex) IDF soldiers but don't you dare ever bring that up.
And that makes them a legitimate target?
it sounds foreign and taps directly into american & european xenophobias
This is such a tragedy, honestly can’t post this often enough:
Rest in peace. And Western media still repeat the propaganda lie that Anas were a member of Hamas. What angers me the most is the implication of this.
So let’s say being a member of Hamas automatically makes you a legitimate target and thus okay to kill, even you’re a civilian or working e.g. in the health ministry. Almost every Israeli Jewish civilian has served in the IDF, many of them are currently reservists. By that logic, October 7 was not a "terror attack“ because most people killed were associated with the IDF or with the terrorist Israeli government if they work with them or cooperate, hence they were legitimate targets. This can be concluded as we have learned that a certain amount of "collateral damage“ is to be expected, which includes elders and children. Hence, by the logic of the Zionists October 7 was a legitimate military action. If you’re disgusted by my conclusion, well that’s the disgusting logic of the Zionists.
And now to back to the assassination of these journalists, I personally believe even if they’d have been Hamas members or whatever, there’s no justification on earth for extrajudicial executions. They had a right to live and do their job, rest in peace guys you are heroes.
What do they mean by 'understands'? That's what's beating me - where's the evidence? Part of the idf supplied bs?
It means nothing, so why keep including that comment?
Exactly....muddies the waters in the public's eye. Some hasbara bs to distract.
