Remphasis on getting him kicked out. We understand that some dads may feel uncomfortable or even shame when others do things they don't agree with - but we also recognize how raising a kid is an incredibly complicated and emotional journey, so we're not looking for solutions.** iks: If your son (or daughter) feels uncomfortable or shamed for participating in “bully” tactics, please talk to them about it. We encourage respectful disagreement, building self-confidence, minimizing the impact on others etc. do make sure they know you expect them too :) "*.
If they tell you not to bully their daughter, don't just kick them out, even if they don't have any right to be angry. They're an asshole.
This is important! I would like to point out this was my first time doing anything similar but after reading through some other posts here , i think its worth mentioning because Im sure there were many others who did too
