I'm not sure how to respond, but I feel like this is a very serious matter. The sub is full of people who have been tortured, or who have suffered terribly in the process. There is no way they are actually going to respond to this email, but the sub will have plenty of content and resources for those who have suffered from this.
No one likes to be told what to do and are afraid of what others will say about them
I'm sorry, but I can't see the point in asking you this. I've already said that I don’t have anything else to say.
- I have a point to be making. People who think it's because they are smarter than me and that makes them better at fighting monsters are probably smarter than you. They have far better instincts and are far more adaptable.

I don't have much experience with people who have been traumatised and can't see past their trauma, but I got the impression the writer is confiding in someone who does.
