Transgender Rights Are Not A Felony

This article isn’t even about trans people in the USA, it’s about a group of men who get into a fight at a party and try to fight back, which is considered a felony if done with force, violence or threats.

I know trans people are a complicated thing to be around sometimes and the reality is it can be hard to navigate the privilege that comes with being seen as a man. But there is one thing that can really be intimidating for most and that is how many men believe they are women when in reality they arent. Ill get into more detail as its very personal but one of my best friends is a trans woman and I have been trying to be like her for about two years now and she told me once she met a guy who had been on reddit who convinced them themselves. But the other day a trans guy told her that they could be her. She said "oh my god, I thought you were my friend?" I said "thats a good thing, its making me happy." and she said "good for you sir" and I told her Im glad she accepted my offer.

I think the word cis means you can't be cis. That's not a problem of "losing your identity" or "using it" - it's that the term cis doesn't apply to people who have medical conditions, they are "trans".

They could have called it cisgender or they could have called it "sophagus".

It's a shitty game detail but they could also have said "all the trans people who are doing it are not going to be allowed to use those bathrooms".
- If it was good enough for them, I would love to have an inclusive game where every trans person who was banned for violating any of the rules is allowed to use a particular bathroom or locker room and every trans person banned for being in the wrong room is also allowed to use a specific bathroom. The only thing stopping this would be if a group of people decided they would take the game to the next level by deciding to invade the whole restroom.

The "you cannot hate the people who say you hate" rule was put there because of how it can be used to attack us, but not because the people who say it don't agree with us.

"Gender" is a synonym for gender identity. ❓ 💋 you 👉know 🤔that being trans doesn't necessarily mean that you're a freak or a monster. Being trans just means that you are attracted/inclined towards people who are different gender than yourself. That is a very interesting story. I think it is fair to say that it is a very different time than in the United States. In the USA, it is a crime to be a trans man. Even today, you hear stories about men who are being "outed" or being caught by their own family. In the UK, this is not the case. You are saying that it is a different time than in the USA?
- Yup. I think it would be a better idea to use the term “gay crime” for it because it is a crime to be trans. People need to be reminded that they are a threat to society, not a threat to themselves. They don’t deserve the same rights as cisgender men. They should be able to live with their families, not have to worry about having to go through the process of changing their name and gender marker to be able to access healthcare. And they shouldn’t be forced to do something like this just because they are trans. People should be able to live their lives.
