You have been very informative in this very short response. But I would also add that this is a question that's been asked to many on this sub previously and the responses are pretty compelling.

I feel like my current fortress has fallen into this category. The lack of traps and defenses makes it so easy to capture forgotten beasts and I often see them turning against my dwarves. I was so confused today, it was like I was watching a movie, it was so different than any other movie I've ever seen. The dialogue was perfect, the characters were great and the plot was interesting. I just wish it was a movie and not a show. :(
