I think the goal is to make everyone feel safe, but people are not comfortable with trans people in the community and there are some groups that are more accepting than others. I feel like the idea of the community being safe is just a distraction for some people.

I'm a bit confused. I'm not sure that there are any other mods besides this. The mods there are usually a mix of people who know him and people who don't. So the most likely explanation is that she was a mod of r/ftm and a mod of r/mtf. She posts regularly there. I'm not sure where else she might have posted this.
