Chat Control Violates More Kids than Encrypted CSAM

Fuck reading a website that upts a popup that puts a rant about my hardware across 1/4 of their content

Bad article, but the point does stand: breaking encryption is stupid, and csam is just an excuse, nothing more, no politician gives a shit about kids

This was, logically, a very badly written article. If anything, reading this article steers me towards breaking encryption, a position I would never take.

The deal is:
When CSAM is a thing, a child has already been violated.
When conversation is being controlled, government or whoever reads all of your messages.
It means cops can CSAM you, and you can do nothing since cops are “protected people”
i'm sure the kids who were abused would say otherwise
- As a person who was sexually abused as a child, please have the courage to state your opinions without using abused kids as a logical crutch.
- Encryption abused them?
  Removing encryption is opening a Pandora's box that won't protect real victims for even a second.

- Encryption doesn't abuse kids; pedophiles do. There're plenty of documented ones in office actually voting for the removal of your rights to privacy.
