I guess i just disagree that this is information that needed to be disclosed. It just feels like a slippery slope, i.e. What else should be disclosed before performing oral or some other sexual act? (Rhetorical).
And i understand lawyers are just doing what they think is the best defense for their client, but that was rough reading the defenses argument
- Idk I read it as her mocking the guy through her lawyer. Kinda like "I didn't think I needed to disclose because I thought 'you could always tell' and I wasn't exactly trying to hide it. I didn't really think I could if I tried." But that might be because I tend to read this kind of stuff as if it's being said by James Spader as Alan Shore.
