No.

He will enslave the homeless. Or kill them. But he won't help them or the issue of homelessness at all. American politicians don't help people. They either maintain the status quo of how fucked everything is or they actively make it worse.

Things never get better as a rule. Only worse. No change or worse.

I don’t know about homelessness, but he will solve hunger by feeding the hungry.
